DICK'S Nationals Boasts Stacked Field For Season-Ending Tournament
DICK's Sporting Goods Nationals will host a loaded eight-team field from March 30-April 1 at Christ The King High School.
The stage is set. It's about to go down at the end of the month. The DICK'S Sporting Goods Nationals field has been announced, and there is bound to be some fireworks.
Get ready, New York City. Some of the nation's best high school squads, including five of the top 10, will participate in the eight-team field from March 30 to April 1 at Christ The King High School.
Despite No. 1 Nathan Hale (WA), which was allowed to attend, officially declining the bid, as first reported by The Seattle Times, and No. 4 Memphis East (TN) denied by its state association to participate, the field is still stacked and will be headlined by last season's runner-up, No. 2 La Lumiere School (IN).
In addition to the Lakers, No. 3 IMG Academy (FL), No. 5 Findlay Prep (NV), defending champion and No. 6 Oak Hill Academy (VA), and No. 8 Montverde Academy (FL) round out the top 10 programs participating.
The field also welcomes three others: No. 17 Greensboro Day (NC), No. 18 Shadown Mountain (AZ), and Wasatch Academy (UT), which has been ranked in multiple weeks this season.
No. 2 La Lumiere (26-1) vs. Wasatch Academy (24-4)
No. 3 IMG Academy (26-1) vs. No. 17 Greensboro Day (33-3)
No. 5 Findlay Prep (30-3) vs. No. 6 Oak Hill Academy (39-4)
