Here's The Creighton Basketball 2023 Foreign Tour Schedule
The Creighton Men's Basketball team goes to the Bahamas for a three-game foreign tour trip that will allow them to prepare for the upcoming season.
The Creighton men’s basketball team will get some experience before the season officially starts in November.
In August, the Bluejays will jet off to the Bahamas for a foreign tour consisting of three exhibition games.

The Bluejays are looking to carry some of the success from last year's March Madness run into this upcoming 2023-2024 season.
The team upset Baylor in the Sweet Sixteen before losing in a heartbreaking one-point loss to San Diego State in the Elite Eight.
Creighton’s participation in the foreign tour allocates 10 extra practices along with getting more in-game experience for the squad before the start of the regular season.

Creighton Basketball Foreign Tour Schedule
The Bluejays will play three games in Nassau, Bahamas during their trip. Here’s the schedule:
- Creighton vs. Bahamas Select in Nassau, 6 p.m. EST, Aug. 4
- Creighton vs. BC Zalgiris Kaunas in Nassau, 11 a.m. EST, Aug. 6
- Creighton vs. Obras Basket in Nassau, 11 a.m. EST, Aug. 8
How To Watch Creighton Basketball Foreign Tour Games
All three Creighton men’s basketball foreign tour games from the Bahamas will stream live on FloHoops and the FloSports app.
FloSports will also stream foreign tour games for Purdue, Tennessee, Penn State and Xavier, among other programs.
Creighton Basketball Roster Departures
The Creighton Bluejays had five players transfer out of the program. The most notable departure came when one of the star players from last year's squad, Ryan Nembhard, announced he was heading Northwest to play at Gonzaga.
The Bluejays also lost starter Arthur Kaluma to Kansas State.

Creighton Basketball Roster Features 3 New Players From Transfer Portal
Coach Greg McDermott signed three players from the transfer portal this offseason.
The most notable is Steven Ashworth, a senior guard from Utah State who could fit perfectly in McDermott’s offense.
McDermott and fans alike are hoping that Ashworth can fill Nembhard's role.

- Steven Ashworth - Guard - Transferred from Utah State
- Johnathan Lawson - Guard - Transferred from Memphis
- Isaac Traudt - Forward - Transferred from Virginia
New Recruits Added To Creighton Basketball Roster
Creighton has three recruits coming into the program this year.
Although these players aren’t expected to touch the floor too much this season, it's worth keeping an eye out to see how they develop for the future.
Here are Creighton’s new recruits:
- Josiah Dotzler - Guard - 3-Star recruit out of West in Bellevue, NE
- Sterling Knox - Guard - 3-Star recruit out of Red Rock Academy in Las Vegas
- Brock Vice - Center - 3-Star recruit out of Houston High School in Germantown, TN
Creighton Basketball Players Returning
Eight players from last years team will return including starters Ryan Kalkbrenner, Trey Alexander and Baylor Scheierman.

What To Know About Creighton Men’s Basketball Coach Greg McDermott
McDermott is entering his 14th year at Creighton.
During his tenure, he has led Creighton to eight March Madness appearances.
Prior to Creighton, McDermott was the head coach at Wayne State, North Dakota State, Northern Iowa and Iowa State.
McDermott currently sits at 580 career wins.
