The Washington State women's basketball team is set to compete in the 2024 Discover Puerto Rico Shootout this November 28-30. The Cougars will take on Norfolk State, Virginia, and Drake at the Coliseo Guillermo Angulo in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Last season, the Cougars earned a 21-15 overall record, enough to get them the No. 1 seed in the Women's Basketball Invitation Tournament (WBIT) where they made it all the way to the semifinal round.
