Virginia women's basketball will take the court to participate in the Discover Puerto Rico Shootout. With a 5-1 record, the Cavaliers' only loss came to No. 10 Oklahoma women's basketball, but they won their last game over Bethune-Cookman with a dominating 82-48 win

The tournament will be held from November 27-30. Virginia plays its first game against Green Bay at 11:00 a.m. ET plays Washington State on Day 2 and Wyoming on the final day. The action will all be on FloHoops.

This will be the third time this tournament will happen. Last year, West Virginia swept through the competition, winning all three games. Virginia was an even 16-16 last season and made it to the Women's Basketball Invitation Tournament, eventually losing in the second round.
