Alabama women's basketball will look to remain undefeated on the season as they take on Clemson in the championship final of the Bay Bracket at the 2024 Emerald Coast Classic.

Alabama played in-state foe Alabama State yesterday in the first round of competition, dispating the Hornets easily, 83-33. Clemson did the same against UAB, whom they defeated by nearly 50 points, 90-42.

Now, the two teams will meet to take home some early-season hardware. No. 23 Alabama (7-0) has made their presence known early in the season, working their way up the rankings behind leading-scorer Sarah Ashlee Barker, and Aaliyah Nye.

Clemson, meanwhile, has played two fewer games than Bama, but has started the season well, going 4-1. Though they are currently unranked, their only loss came against powerhouse South Carolina.
