As the NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament starts on March 14, some of the best teams in the country prepare for battle as part of the 64-team field.

Eight regionals are taking place to determine which teams advance to the Elite Eight and move closer to winning a national title.

Out of all the regionals, the South Central Region has to be one of, if not the most, exciting, featuring the best teams in the tournament.

Viewing the teams playing in the region (DBU, Colorado School of Mines, Lubbock Christian, Midwestern St., St. Edward's, St. Mary's, West Texas A&M, and Regis), multiple teams can either win it or disrupt teams plans who had a deep run in mind.
