In the third game of the day, Queens (NC) men's basketball defeated Northern Arizona by eight points.

Although the scoreboard indicates that this was a close game, the Royals were clearly the better team. Their largest lead throughout the game reached nearly 20 points.

Queens (NC) shot the ball well, as that seems to be the recipe for success in two of the three games in the first round of the 2025 College Basketball Invitational. The team was at 56 percent and knocked down 12 threes.

Northern Arizona men's basketball had two 20-point scorers, Jayden Jackson and Carson Towt, who have been balling out all season. However, they were not able to get much help from the others, aside from Trenton McLaughlin, who had a tough shooting night, going 7-20 and only scoring 15.

With the win, Queens (NC) will advance to the quarterfinals, where it will face Cleveland State on FloCollege at 4:00 p.m. ET on March 24.
