McDonald's has announced the 2016 Morgan Wootten Players of the Year. Lonzo Ball of Chino Hills and Crystal Dangerfield of Blackman take home the awards.

The 2016 Morgan Wootten Players of the Year
Earlier we showed you the finalists for the McDonald's Morgan Wootten Player of the Year awards, now the final decision has been made.

Lonzo Ball of Chino Hills (CA) and Crystal Dangerfield of Blackman High School (Murfreesboro, TN) earned the recognition of the Morgan Wootten Player of the Year. Both showed outstanding character, showing leadership and embodying the values of a student-athlete. Both players are stellar point guards, averaging more than 23 ppg and leading their schools to national prominence. Their season stats are posted in the image below.
