West Coast Elite Spring Classic Loaded with Prospects
FloHoops will head to Sin City from April 22-24 for the West Coast Elite Spring Classic, which is one of the premier tournaments of the early AAU season.
FloHoops will head to Sin City from April 22-24 for the West Coast Elite Spring Classic, which is one of the premier tournaments of the early AAU season. Held at high school basketball powerhouse Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas, this event will feature dozens of top college prospects.
One of the top squads competing is Earl Watson Elite, which is led by Ryan Silver, who coached Sierra Canyon High School to a California Interscholastic Federation title in 2011.
Earl Watson Elite’s 17U AAU team will suit up for the Spring Classic and features a backcourt led by Grant Arthur, a 2-guard that can shoot the lights out. A number of high academic universities are looking at Arthur, including Boston University and Liberty. Their frontcourt is led by Marvin Bragg Jr. and Tristen Hull. Bragg, a 6'6 SF with great physical abilities, plays hard and runs the floor very well. Hull plays the stretch 4 and has obtained many mid major offers.
Other top teams joining the Spring Classic include Double Pump, Prodigy, Gamepoint, and Showplace.
West Coast Elite has assisted more than 200 student-athletes receive scholarships to Division I universities, including Ivy League schools.
