By now, you've already gone googley-eyed over FloHoops' December LIVE schedule and have *hopefully* marked your calendar with the best prep hoops events happening this month. After a weekend at Hoophall West, the Breakdown USA Tip-Off Classic, and the Chris Vontoure Spartan Classic, we'll be serving up a headliner when the Culligan City of Palms Classic tips off on December 16th.

This Sunday, however, the PSA Cardinals Organization hosted their first annual PSA Cardinals Showcase. The Hill School in Pottstown, PA played host to players that pack the PSA Cardinals EYBL rosters during the offseason, representing and competing with their respective high school teams. Fans who attended the sold-out event or followed along on social media were treated to a 5-game series highlighted by prep powerhouses, Westtown School and Putnam Science Academy - two teams squaring off in the Culligan City of Palms Signature Series Bracket.

Anyone that has been following prep hoops throughout the past year knows that the PSA Cardinals have bred some of the most prized prospects in 2017. The Westtown School is home to 2017 prospects and PSA athletes Mohamed Bamba, Brandon Randolph (Arizona commit), and Najja Hunter. Adding to the Westtown roster is the Flo40 No. 4 prospect in the class of 2018 in Cam Reddish. The Westtown School faced off against the St. James School and walked away with a 66-45 W in the showcases most entertaining game of the day.

Get a sneak peek of what to expect when high school basketball's two best big men in Flo40 No.3 Mo Bamba and Westtown tip off against Flo40 No.2 DeAndre Ayton and Hillcrest Prep. Westtown takes on Hillcrest Prep at the Culligan City of Palms Classic Sunday, December 18th at 5:20pm.

Also participating in the PSA Showcase was Putnam Science Academy (CT) and fan favorite Hamidou Diallo. Though Diallo did not play for the PSA Cardinals this past season, PSA Cardinals Director Terrance 'Munch' Williams last got a chance to coach Hami as a court coach at the USA Basketaball Men's Junior National Minicamp. Diallo and Putnam Science are slated for the upcoming Culligan City of Palms Signature Series in a faceoff with IMG Academy. In what's sure to be a true battle, here's a preview of Putnam Science Academy brings to the table in a 70-50 win over the Phelps School.

Keeping it in the PSA Family

Also starring in the Culligan City of Palms Classic is Neumann-Goretti PG Quade Green. Green, who played for the PSA Cardinals in the Nike EYBL Circuit, headed to Sunday's Showcase to support his unsigned teammates, Mo Bamba (PSA Cardinals) and Hamidou Diallo (USA Basketball). The Flo40 No. 23 player in the 2017 class committed to the University of Kentucky in late November and wasn't shy about representing #BBN alongside Coach Cal for Westtown's and Putnam Science's games. 

There has been speculation around Bamba "dreaming" about playing collegiately with Quade Green, however, the center has managed to keep a low profile regarding his recruiting status. As for Diallo, the explosive shooting guard is NBA-eligible, but is still heavily considering a one and done. In which case, there is no better place than Lexington.
