A few days ago, Kansas embarked on a journey to Italy for four games, sightseeing, and some of the best food in the world. It is hard to believe the trip is in its final stretch.

Before the Jayhawks play their final two games in Milan live on FloHoops, let's take a look back at their time spent in Rome:

AUGUST 1

After a nine-hour flight from Chicago, the team arrived in Rome.



Kansas also welcomed Sviatloslav Mykhailiuk back to the team after the senior wing led all scorers at the 2017 U20 European Championship for Ukraine.

Later that night, KU assistant coach and the newcomers sang The Temptation's "My Girl" at a team dinner.

AUGUST 2

With a game that night, the Jayhawks took the morning to go to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.

When it came time to play, Kansas took care of business and rolled past HSC Roma 90-56.

AUGUST 3

Much like the day before, the entire team spent the entire morning exploring Rome, including Vatican City.



After doubling up Players Group at halftime, the Jayhawks had an outdoor halftime locker room to get out of the scorching Honey Sports City gym.

That hot conditions didn't stop KU from dominating, though, as it beat Players Group 92-61 to conclude its tour of Rome.
