Apple Valley's Tre Jones Records Another Triple-Double In Breakdown USA Border Battle Win

APPLE VALLEY, MN — An announcement over the speakers inside his home gym Saturday night truly defined his game. Tre Jones can do it all and does whatever it takes to win.

The 6-foot-2 guard became just the second player in program history to record 1,000 points, 500 rebounds and 500 assists in a career. He accomplished it in less than three seasons and definitely showed how he got there so fast in the Breakdown USA Border Battle.

During Apple Valley’s 66-46 victory over Milwaukee Riverside (WI) in the event’s nightcap, Jones registered an efficient triple-double of 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. The No. 19 player in 2018 also added two blocks.
