Home Is Where The Wins Are For Flo40 Center Moses Brown
ROSELLE, NJ -- On the few occasions Archbishop Molloy takes its talents outside of the five boroughs, it seems like the talents get left behind in Queens. The latest road trip gone wrong was Sunday at the PrimeTime Shootout, where No. 19 The Patrick School handed Archbishop Molloy a 73-59 loss.
Leading the way for Archbishop Molloy was 2018 Flo40 center, Moses Brown, who finished with 19 points. At 7-foot-1, Brown was the only player who could contend with Kentucky-bound Nick Richards on the block. The 7-foot matchup frustrated Richards, as he eventually fouled out of the game, finishing with 10 points.
Archbishop Molloy, a heavy favorite in the competitive CHSAA, gets all the glory in New York City. But when it comes to translating their game to the national level, Moses Brown definitely notices a difference in his team's play. He chatted with FloHoops' Jaki Goldner about Molloy's ride this season and what he's doing as a junior to prepare for spring ball.
