Flo40 Guard Lonnie Walker Takes Home Jordan Brand Classic MVP Honors

NEW YORK — Lonnie Walker is all about the people in his hometown, and they are all about him. That’s what Reading, PA, does, and the Flo40 guard used it as motivation at the Jordan Brand Classic on Friday night.

A three-hour drive? No problem. There were three charter buses to make the trip here at the Barclays Center to watch Walker pour in 19 points en route to a 124-116 victory for the West Team and earn co-MVP honors with East Team's Brian Bowen, who had a game-high 26 points.

In a night full of stars, Walker was one of the brightest. And nobody had a greater cheering section.
