Flo40 Big Man Kofi Cockburn Takes Full Control Of The Paint
If anyone needs to find Kofi Cockburn, the paint is the best place to start. The Flo40 big man made a nice living in there throughout the Nike EYBL season.
After averaging 11.6 points and 9.2 rebounds for New York Rens, including six double-doubles, the 6-foot-10 Cockburn, who remained at No. 33 in the new 2019 Flo40 rankings, will look to boost his stock even more during the live evaluation period at the Peach Invitational Tournament from July 12-16 in North Augusta, SC.
Cockburn has strong hands and nice touch. It’s a big part of the reason the likes of Auburn, California, Florida State, Illinois, Indiana, LSU, Minnesota, Oregon, Syracuse, TCU, and UCLA, among others, are already after him.
There’s no doubt Cockburn will extend his game beyond the paint. But for now, he doesn’t have to with the way he dominates.
