James Akinjo's 10 Best Assists At Peach Jam
If one had to guess the Peach Jam's star player or best team prior to last week, chances are James Akinjo and the Oakland Soldiers (CA) would not make too many lists. Yet, the 6-foot-1 combo guard had a tournament run to remember for his squad at the Riverview Park Activities Center in North Augusta, SC, from July 12-16.
Not only did Akinjo take over several games to average 18.8 points, but he also posted 4.2 rebounds and dished out a tournament-high 6.8 assists en route to the coveted championship.
Akinjo played at a new level at Peach Jam, and his best assists show that.
