Colorado Overpowers Mercer For 2017 Paradise Jam Championship
LYNCHBURG, VA -- From the moment Colorado stepped inside the Vines Center this week, it had one goal: win the 2017 Paradise Jam.
Mission accomplished.
Behind George King’s 25 points and eight rebounds, 13 each from Deleon Brown and Namon Wright, and 11 points and seven assists from star freshman point guard McKinley Wright IV, the Buffaloes took down Mercer 79-70 to win the title on Sunday night.
Demetre Rivers and Ria’n Holland led the Bears with 14 and 13 points, respectively.
