No. 2 Oak Hill's Attack Too Tough For No. 3 University School At Hoophall
The highest-ranked showdown at the 2018 Spalding Hoophall Classic was filled with as much tension as talent on the floor at all times Monday, but No. 2 Oak Hill Academy (VA) proved to be too much for No. 3 University School (FL) and controlled the anticipated matchup with an impressive 83-69 victory.
Flo40 wing Keldon Johnson led the charge with 21 points, Will Richardson added 18, Keyontae Johnson scored 15, and big man David McCormack added a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds to help the Warriors remain undefeated.
Flo40 big man Vernon Carey Jr. scored a game-high 29 points and snatched 11 rebounds in the Sharks’ first loss of the season.
How will this impact the FloHoops Top 25? The world will find out soon enough.
