Welcome to FloHoops, your online home for live basketball coverage, original documentaries, breaking news and more.
Like you, we live and breathe hoops, but the content we want does not exist. Until now.
Consider this: Basketball is one of the world's most popular sports, but only a fraction of the games played are broadcast live. We aim to solve that problem, starting with our first live event Dec. 27-30 at the Les Schwab Invitational (LSI), the premier showcase of high school basketball talent on the West Coast.
Featuring the best high school squads in the U.S., including Oak Hill Academy (Mouth of Wilson, Va.), DeMatha (Hyattsville, Md.), and Garfield (Seattle), LSI has become a proving ground for the top high school recruits in the nation. Current NBA players Kevin Love (Cleveland Cavaliers), Kevin Durant (Oklahoma City Thunder), Carmelo Anthony (New York Knicks), Greg Monroe (Milwaukee Bucks) and Tyson Chandler (Phoenix Suns) all competed LSI, as well as NFL star Ndamukong Suh (Miami Dolphins).
Some of the talent at this year's tourney include multiple NCAA Division I commits in forwards Mario Kegler (Mississippi St.) and Braxton Key (Alabama) from Oak Hill, as well as top-rated DeMatha guards Markelle Fultz (Washington) and Nate Darling (UAB).
In addition to streaming each game live, FloHoops will provide replays of the games and live and on-demand coverage of the dunk contest at LSI.
Coming soon to FloHoops will be additional live events, original documentaries on top players, technique videos, and much more.
Check back often so you don't miss a thing.
